No. You can book as guest. But registered users get 5% loyalty discount.

Payments & pricing
What's included in price?
All taxes, tolls, fuel, airport surcharges, meet & greet. No hidden fees. Child seat LKR 500 extra.
Can I pay cash to driver?
Yes, in LKR, EUR or USD. Online payment locks the exchange rate.
Online payment methods
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay. All secure.
Do you issue invoice?
Automatic invoice sent via email. For company billing, add VAT number.
Airport pickup / CMB
Meeting point at CMB?
Driver waits with name board at arrival hall after customs, near Food Court entrance. We track your flight.
Flight delayed?
We monitor flight number. Driver waits 60 min from actual landing. No extra fee.
How long from airport to city?
CMB to Colombo city center ~45 min. To Negombo ~20 min. To Bentota ~2h.
What if I arrive by sea?
We also pick up from Colombo port. Provide vessel name and arrival time.
Baggage & vehicle space
Luggage allowance
Sedan: 2 suitcases + hand luggage. Minivan: up to 7 suitcases. SUV: 4 suitcases. Extra? Choose bigger.
Can I bring surfboard?
Yes, minivan recommended. Inform in advance (free).
Tripod / equipment?
No problem, just let us know if oversize.
Changes & cancellation
Free cancellation?
Cancel up to 24h before pickup: full refund. Within 24h: contact for partial refund.
Change destination?
You can modify online or tell driver (price difference applies).
Change passenger name?
No problem, just update online or inform us.
During the ride
Wi-Fi in car?
All vehicles have free Wi-Fi, phone chargers, and bottled water.
Waiting time included?
Airport: 60 min free. Hotel pickup: 15 min free. Then LKR 300/10min.
Can we choose music?
Absolutely! Drivers are happy to connect Bluetooth.
Child & infant travel
Child seats available?
Booster (3-12y) and baby seats (0-3y). LKR 500, request 24h ahead.
Do infants count as passengers?
Yes, for vehicle capacity. Select correct passengers to get right car.
Fleet & special vehicles
Which car for 5 pax?
Minivan (Toyota KDH) or SUV (Mitsubishi Montero). Both comfortable.
Wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we have adapted minivans. Please mention during booking.
Electric vehicle?
Our fleet includes hybrid and EVs upon request.
